EIS-backed ventures reshaping tomorrow

EIS tax reliefs available

Investors will receive individual EIS3 certificates allowing them to claim tax relief.

Taken together, for an additional rate taxpayer, these reliefs can reduce your net exposure so that, in some cases, you may risk as little as 38.5p for every £1 invested.

Please note: Investments must be held for 3 years to achieve all 5 tax reliefs. Tax reliefs are dependent upon investor’s circumstances. The investments described in this website will place your capital at risk. We strongly suggest that you seek specialist tax advice; Parkwalk does not provide investment or tax advice, and the information on this website should not be construed as such. Tax benefits below are as at November 2025. Loss Relief reduces the impact of a loss but does not eliminate it entirely.

Income Tax Relief

Available in the year of investment or carried back to previous year, provided investments are held for three years.
0 %

CGT Disposal Relief

Tax free capital gains on the investments, provided they are held for three years.

Capital Gains Tax Deferral

On gains made in prior three years or for one year following investments.

IHT Free

Provided investments are held for two years and at the time of death. A proposed limit of £1m is due to come into effect from 6th April 2026.

Loss Relief

Optional to claim losses against capital gains or income. This is based on an additional rate taxpayer.
Up to 0 %
